About the study
Orpheus Mind Technologies, in partnership with Edge Hill University, is running a 12-week study to assess whether the Orpheus app produces sustained improvements in symptoms of mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
The Orpheus app is a self-guided digital therapy programme based on the Orpheus Decoupling Process, a neuroscience-informed approach designed to help you regulate unwanted emotions, stress responses, and limiting beliefs. It uses short audio-guided exercises of approximately 12 minutes to target the emotional intensity of difficult thoughts or memories.
The study is designed to build a robust, longitudinal evidence base for the effectiveness of digital mental health interventions. Your participation directly contributes to this important research and helps shape the future of accessible, affordable mental health support.
